I own an AU-777 and I still turn it on once a while so that I can enjoy the exquisite face plate adorned with the sparkling knobs.

Great amplifier, considering that it was released in 1967.
A little hum when the volume is 100% and no signal is in, at least on mine.
Thank you for the service manual and greetings from Italy.

Sansui AU-777

I've had my AU-777 for 15 years, done things that should have cooked it over and over, and kept it hooked like that. Had to crack into it twice now, because of the rheostat going flakey (due to excessive use). Otherwise- hellz yeah! Damn good unit.
