This deck is a real sleeper.
It has a scrape filter and can load a normal tape at a very high signal without distortion. Chrome tapes
sound nearly indistinguishable from vinyl source.
Although single capstan, it is Direct Drive .
The transport keys have multi colored back lighting. Around the $500.00 range in 1981 .
Solenoid engagement for the head block.
Record can be activated on the fly for easy editing .
One of my favorites !!
