In my opinion this Sansui TU-70 is the most transparent tuner on the market with an exceptional intelligibility. Medium and high registers are of incomparable delicacy.
No tuner can compete even among the best references of the market of yesterday and today.
Pity that it is not better known...
Properly adjusted, it's a magical device

Extremely rare item and if the tuner is good adjusted, the sound is amazing! If you are able to buy a TU-70 in a good state, don't hesitate



re: TU-70

The low res schematic appears to be for the early model with no transistors. The op/service manual is for the later model with a few transistors.
