On a budget. Was using a teac 5.1 receiver with a rolls vp29 pre amp. Nad c555 and a Rotel cassette player. The teac was starting to tell me its time is near. After looking up some decent units with phono in, this model has some rave reviews, and was on sale 100.000 off. It has nothing. As in no soul. Not the genre of music, but its as if you were listening to a tiny radio with tape hiss no matter which imput used. Headphones same. I did not expect anything life changing i was looking to have a reliable source for the time being. Tried 3 sets of speakers, wires, plugs/no plugs. I will be returning it tomorrow. I was offered a harmon kardon 430 twin at a price i couldn't even try to refuse day after i purchased. Peace out Sherwood. Not a pleasure meeting you.
