I was quite impressed with the V3. It was subbing for my Yamaha CA-810 while it was being serviced. Considering the Sony is rated at 30 wpc less than the Yamaha, it was quite comparable in sound quality and didn't distort at higher volume settings. If you can find one for a good price, you can't go wrong with this Sony.

The only reason I gave the V3 4 stars is the low, although I believe conservatively rated 35 watts of power per channel.
