A great sounding amp!
55w/ch, mm and mc capable with gold rca's, tone controls, minimal distortion...
With stylings from the Esprit line this is from a time when Sony make quality components.

A good slimline amp with enough juice and a good
phono mm/mc stage. The used componentry is sadly
only industry standart so it ages quicker and
leads to defects over the decades. Numerous F45
have died of defective parts in the switching
power supply. Still a worthy piece for an overhaul.
Better than Kenwoods KA-80.
