This looks to be just like the RCA MYC 965W-V tape deck. Apparently, RCA had Sony build these for them. I have one, and it is very similar to the Sony unit. The insides look exactly the same. So if you run across one of these units, just know they are basically the same units as the Sony's.

I have read that this deck was built for many companies by Sony, with some repackaging, it was a very nice deck. I have one myself, it belonged to a late friend and I bought it when his estate items came up for sale. I believe it was one of his favorites.
