Stax DA80S stereo and DA80M mono version. Fairly rare in the US, but if you can find one, get it. Class A solid state amp, 45WX2 for the stereo and 80WX1 for the monos. These are very quiet pure sounding amplifiers with extreme bandwidth. Very well made. Super detail and micro dynamics.

This Class A amplifier astounded me with its ability to handle explosively dynamic music whilst driving a notoriously difficult electrostatic load. An extraordinarily capable amplifier that has quite a transparent presentation.
