Una maquina muy fiel y muy precisa . Con una alta calidad de grabacion . Tengo uno de estos hace ya años conmigo . Eso si hace poco sufrio una falla (muy comun por lo demas en este modelo) enredaba la cinta . Esto se debe a que los soportes de las ruedas de goma (rodillos de presion) sufren de desgaste ya que estan hechas de plastico y no metal . Por lo cual se debieron cambiar . Esto lo hice recien este año . Y lo tengo desde 1994 .

This may be the best cassette deck I have owned. The engagement of the heads is quieter than my Denon DRR-370, and I like the fact that I can select only one side of the tape to play (on the Denon, I had to select entire loop (both sides) or continuous play.
The motorized doors are a convenient bonus, feather touch on/off button, L.E.D. tape counter(s) and peak-pause feature on the playback analysis give this deck a modern look.
Built in Japan, Technics apparently was building the best cassette (dubbing) decks in the 1990's.
The photo at this site is not the TR373 (the 373 does not have a 1/4 jack).

Correction: The deck I was comparing this to was the Denon DRR-730, which was produced in the early 1990's, like the RS-TR373.
