re: SA-160

The solution is to carefully re-solder the output and regulator IC's.

re: SA-160

i have a problem with my sa-160. it turns on normally. the sound isfine and dandy but after random amount of time (sometimes it can be after hour, sometimes just seconds after turning on) the sound disappears. the amplituner works fine beside that. i can change inputs, radio stations and such. and when i turn off and turn on i get the sound back on
any help?

re: SA-160

Another possible solution is to clean the connectors between boards. When I had this problem it turned out to be a poor connection to the tuning board.

re: SA-160

I got the exact same thing with Mine. It also gets a little hot on the top, in the middle, at the back. Did you find a solution?
