Really like the sound, sort of big in lack of better words. The high end is really good and the lower freq is OK, but not maybe so deep compared to size of woofer/box. The middle is there but maybe could be a bit more accentuated. Nice looks and a delight to find a proper molded basket in the woofer.

Great speakers with very natural sound. In my opinion they are perfect for classical music and jazz. Tweeter is one of the finest I've ever heard, goes to 125kHz... Bass is tight, sublime, very musical. The mid's is the weakest point of SB-7, sometimes the sound is too dry. Needs powerful amp to play properly. I personally think they are equal to Yamaha NS 1000.
