Nice little amplifier, entry level but drives speakers ok,
Not very hi fi but has low distortion, it is solid and simple to use. Very boomy with activated loudness. Vu meters not very acurate. Pots were a little noisy but solved them. Do not use 4 ohm speakers! It will overheat and probably fail! Although it is specified it can run on 4 ohms. Use 8 ohms, will not overheat, will not distort and the sound will be just fine. Using it with a technics st-z250 is ok for office, and a pair of jvc speakers sp mx44 from a scrapped mini system. For office is ok, the speakers are low end but all the equipment was bought for peanuts at a garage sale, especially for office.
