My father got the unit from a second hand shop, they could not get it going, he replaced a couple fuses on the output stage board and worked fine, only problem so far is the pot for the volume has a bit of audio leakage when fully clockwise, but is an easy fix, brilliant piece of audio equipment, love it

Shure!nomanland is right.I've got this amazing stereo amplifire in my own vintage collection, fully revisited and tested:Very few problems for this unit, just the main power switch doesn't work fine, fuses must to be replaced, but are problems easy to solve.Over 30 years old are not a few thing. This is an unsurpassed classic, even today:a real deal!
