re: MX-800

If you have a meter display problem, one possible problem is the LC5812H Meter driver, which has been obsolete since 2002. Even if you could find one it still has to be programmed. Replacing the meter board with another one that has already been programmed is the only way to repair the failed meter operation, if this IC goes bad. The IC was built for Sanyo. Still it has no effect on the operation of the amplifier as far as sound quality.
